Grammar Instruction in Communicative Language Teaching Classrooms: Student Teachers’ Perceptions

The aim of this study was to find out the teachers and students’ perception toward grammar instruction in communicative language teaching classrooms. participants were two four students from an Islamic junior high school (Madrasah). We used a case method conduct research identify learning classroom. data collected by using interviews. analyzed thematic analysis. findings indicated that there five indicators on student teacher’s perception; 1) crucial component improving English skills; 2) classroom activities promote classroom; 3) error correction seen as one processes create mastering materials; 4) CLT classroom, act motivator facilitate all need; 5) should take part process learning.
